Safety & abuse reports

Report objectionable content, harassment, or an abusive user. You can also report content and block users directly in the app, which is the fastest route.

Reports of objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours.

Organizer support

Questions about organizer accounts, event listings, verification, or the Insight subscription. Subscription billing and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Copyright (DMCA)

Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices. Include a description of the work, the infringing content, your contact information, and the required good-faith statements.

Valid notices are actioned promptly.

Privacy & data requests

Request a copy of your data or ask a privacy question. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time from Settings in the app.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

In-app tools

Many things are quicker to do directly in the Hangeo app: report content or users, block users, manage notifications, and delete your account (Settings → Delete account). Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
